One place to look, instead of four

Four dashboards before 9am and still no clear answer. The founder becomes the integration layer between systems that should just talk.

Five systems that join an ecommerce operation up

Not features. Each of these is a build that reads from the systems you already sell and ship in, so nobody has to reconcile them by hand.

Orders are read as they arrive, checked against stock and address rules, and sent to the right place to be picked. The customer is told what has happened from the shipment record itself, so the question of where an order is mostly stops being asked.

Stock is watched against the rate it actually sells at rather than a number somebody set last year. When a line is going to run out the reorder is raised, and the listing is dealt with instead of left advertising something you cannot send.

Every launch, sale and supplier cutoff sits in one calendar with an owner, and the work each one needs opens far enough ahead that nothing gets built the night before it goes live.

The customer starts it themselves against your policy, the label is issued, and the refund or exchange runs when the parcel is scanned back in. The exceptions are the only thing that reaches a person.

Orders, revenue, stock position and returns are pulled from the systems that hold them and put in one place on a schedule, so the morning does not start with four logins and an opinion.

Where the day goes

The store, the warehouse system, the helpdesk and the ad account each know part of the truth and none of them knows all of it. So at ten past eight somebody opens all four, reads the numbers across, and forms an opinion. That opinion is the company's reporting.

The cost is rarely one large failure. It is the small gaps: a line that went out of stock at the weekend and carried on being advertised, a return that sat unprocessed for nine days, a customer who asked where their order was and got an answer that was true yesterday. Each one is small. Together they are why the founder cannot step away for a week.

Automation earns its place here by taking the steps that never needed judgment: reading, routing, reconciling, telling people. What is left is the buying, the pricing and the brand, which is the work that actually decides whether this grows.

Built to work inside your accounts, not around them

The short version. The full detail is on the security page.

We work inside your accounts, not copies of themThe systems live in the tools you already own. You keep the keys and can revoke access yourself at any point.
Nothing of yours is copied onto our systemsWe do not take exports and we do not keep a shadow copy of your client records.
Only people you have approvedNamed members of our team, protected by two factor authentication, with credentials in a password manager rather than a message thread.
When it ends, the build stays with youAccess is removed and the configuration and automations remain yours. We are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified, and we say so rather than implying otherwise.

What our clients say

They didn’t just build pages or connect a few automations. They turned a detailed business process into a working system.

Questions ecommerce teams ask first

Do you need access to our store and our customer data?
We work inside the accounts you already own rather than taking copies, and nothing of yours is exported onto our systems. What a build can read is scoped with you first, and you can revoke our access yourself at any point.
Who on your side gets access?
Named members of our team, and only the ones your work requires. Access is protected by two factor authentication and credentials are held in a password manager rather than a spreadsheet or a message thread.
Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?
No. We are a small team and claiming a certification we do not hold would be the first thing worth distrusting. The security page says exactly what we do and do not do, including the things we will not promise.
What happens if we stop working with you?
Access is removed and the build stays with you. The configuration and the automations sit in your accounts, so they keep running. Anything that was running on our own infrastructure stops, and we say so rather than implying otherwise.
Do we have to replatform?
No. A system is wired to the store, the warehouse system and the helpdesk you run today. Replatforming is a separate decision with its own cost and its own risk, and it is not one an automation project should force.
