Legal intake that does not leak

For most firms, a lead waiting 24 hours is a daily event. Intake leaks, and billable hours vanish into chasing documents.

Five systems that take the admin off the fee earners

Not features. Each of these is a build that runs against your matters and your calendar, without a fee earner having to remember it.

The enquiry gets a real reply within minutes, is qualified against the work you actually take, and either books a call or is politely declined. Nothing sits in an inbox until Monday.

The engagement letter, identity documents and the information you need to open the file are requested against your checklist and collected in one place. The matter opens once everything that must be present is present.

Limitation dates, court deadlines, renewals and review dates sit in one calendar with an owner. Work opens far enough ahead that missing one takes two people ignoring it rather than one forgetting it.

A matter that has not moved, or a client who has not heard anything for a set number of days, produces an update rather than a complaint. The fee earner approves what goes out.

Enquiries, conversions, open matters and the ones that have gone quiet are assembled on the same day each week, read from the files rather than from memory.

Where the day goes

Somebody fills in the contact form at ten to eight on a Sunday evening. They are not shopping around out of disloyalty. They are worried, and the first firm to answer is the firm they instruct. On Monday at half past nine a paralegal opens the inbox and finds they have already gone somewhere else.

The cost is rarely one large failure. It is the small gaps: a conflict check that waited on one person being at their desk, an identity document chased three times by three different people, a client who rang because nobody had told them anything for eleven days. Each one is recoverable. Together they are why the fee earners are busy and the firm is not.

Automation earns its place here by taking the steps that never needed a qualified opinion: replying, collecting, checking, reminding, recording. What is left is the advice, which is the thing the client is actually paying for.

Built to work inside your accounts, not around them

The short version. The full detail is on the security page.

Read the security page
We work inside your accounts, not copies of themThe systems live in the tools you already own. You keep the keys and can revoke access yourself at any point.
Nothing of yours is copied onto our systemsWe do not take exports and we do not keep a shadow copy of your client records.
Only people you have approvedNamed members of our team, protected by two factor authentication, with credentials in a password manager rather than a message thread.
When it ends, the build stays with youAccess is removed and the configuration and automations remain yours. We are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified, and we say so rather than implying otherwise.

What our clients say

They didn’t just build pages or connect a few automations. They turned a detailed business process into a working system.

Questions law firms ask first

Will you have access to client files?
We work inside the systems you already own rather than taking copies, and nothing of yours is exported onto our systems. What a build can see is scoped with you before it is built, and you can revoke our access yourself at any point.
Who on your side gets access?
Named members of our team, and only the ones your work requires. Access is protected by two factor authentication and credentials are held in a password manager rather than a spreadsheet or a message thread.
Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?
No. We are a small team and claiming a certification we do not hold would be the first thing worth distrusting. The security page says exactly what we do and do not do, including the things we will not promise.
Does any of this give legal advice or make a judgment call?
No. These systems reply, collect, check against a list, remind and record. Anything that needs a qualified opinion goes to the person who owns the matter, and the copy that reaches a client is approved before it is sent.
Do we have to move off our case management system?
No. A system is wired to what you run today. Replacing working case management is a separate decision with its own cost, and it is not one an automation project should force.
