Privacy Policy
The short version
- We collect what you type into our contact form, so that we can reply.
- We do not track you across the web, we do not sell your information, and we run no advertising or analytics on this site.
- When we build automations for a client, we work inside accounts that belong to them and handle their information on their instructions.
- You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it.
This summary is here to orient you. It is not a substitute for the full text below, which is what applies.
Who we are
AutoLoopers LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company, registered at 1023 E Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AutoLoopers LLC, and “you” means the person reading it.
You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].
What this policy covers
This policy covers two different things, and it is worth separating them because our role is not the same in each.
- This website. Information you give us through
autoloopers.com, which in practice means the contact form. Here we decide what is collected and why, so we answer for it directly. - The systems we build for clients. When we build automations inside a client’s own accounts, we handle information belonging to that client and to their customers. There we act on the client’s instructions, and the client decides what is collected and why. That is covered in Working inside client accounts.
This policy does not cover other companies’ websites that we link to. Their handling of your information is their own.
Information we collect
What you give us
When you submit the contact form we receive the fields you filled in:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your company name and website
- The size of your company
- Your industry
- What you are interested in
- What you told us about the problem you are trying to solve
We ask for these so that we can understand the enquiry and reply usefully. Nothing beyond the fields marked required has to be filled in, and the free text box is yours to use as briefly as you like. Please do not put sensitive personal information into it. Nothing on this site needs it.
If you email us or speak to us afterwards, we keep that correspondence too, for the same reason.
What we receive automatically
Like any website, ours is served by systems that log requests. A request record includes the IP address it came from, the page asked for, the time, and the information a browser sends about itself. We use these to keep the site running and secure, not to build a picture of you.
What we do not collect
We run no analytics and no advertising tracking on this website. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no session recording. We set no cookies of our own and we store nothing in your browser. The Cookie Policy sets out the detail.
Why we use it
We use the information above to do the following, and nothing else:
- Reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
- Understand whether we are a sensible fit for the work you described
- Carry out and administer an engagement, if you become a client
- Keep the site available, and protect the contact form from automated abuse
- Meet our tax, accounting and other legal obligations
We handle your information because you asked us to get in touch, because we are taking steps towards a contract with you or performing one, because we have a genuine business interest in replying to enquiries and keeping our site secure, and in some cases because the law requires us to keep records.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They handle information on our behalf, under contract, and only for the purpose we engaged them for. Some are named below and some are described by the job they do. If you want to know which company sits behind any row, write to us and we will tell you.
| Provider | What they do for us | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Protects the contact form from automated abuse. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum. | United States |
| Database | Where enquiries are recorded, and where we work from when replying | United States |
| Workflow platform | Routes a submitted form into our database. Operated by us, on infrastructure we control. | United States |
| Website hosting | Serves this website and its media files | United States |
| Sends and receives our correspondence with you | United States |
We will also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where we need to establish or defend a legal claim. If our business is ever sold or merged, information may transfer with it, and we would say so on this page first.
Working inside client accounts
When a client engages us, we are given access to tools and accounts that belong to them. We use that access to build and run the automations they have asked for. Information inside those accounts belongs to the client, and we handle it on their instructions rather than for our own purposes.
In that work:
- Access is granted by the client, and the client can withdraw it at any time.
- Wherever possible we build inside the client’s own accounts, so that the systems and the information stay with them.
- If any part of a build has to run on infrastructure we operate, we tell the client which part and why before we start it.
- We do not use a client’s information to train anything, and we do not reuse it for another client.
If you are a customer of one of our clients and you want to know what is held about you, ask that company. They decide what is collected and they are the right people to answer. If you contact us instead, we will pass your request to them.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as it is doing a job, and then we remove it.
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| Enquiries that do not become engagements | 24 months from our last contact with you |
| Records relating to a client engagement | 7 years after the engagement ends, for tax and contractual reasons |
| Logs created by the workflow that routes a form submission | 30 days |
| Website request logs | 90 days |
Where we are required by law to keep something longer, we keep it for that period and no longer.
Where your information is handled
We are a United States company and the providers listed above operate in the United States, so your information is handled there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending it to the United States, and the protections available there may differ from those where you live.
Your rights and choices
Whoever you are and wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you, and why
- Correct it if it is wrong or out of date
- Delete it, where we do not have a legal reason to keep it
- Send you a copy of what you gave us
- Stop contacting you, at any time
Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. We will not charge you for this, and we will not treat you differently for asking. We may need to check who you are before we act, which usually just means replying from the address we already hold.
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection or consumer protection authority. We would rather you came to us first, so that we can put it right.
Keeping information secure
Access to enquiry information is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. The site is served over an encrypted connection, the contact form is protected against automated abuse, and access to the accounts we use is restricted and removable.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If something happens that affects your information, we will tell you and we will tell you what we are doing about it.
Children
We sell to businesses. This website is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect information from them, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Where a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will do more than change a date, and we will not apply it retroactively to information already collected without telling you.
