Who’s behind AutoLoopers

A civil engineer who moved into building AI and automation systems, and started AutoLoopers in June 2025 so people could stop doing the work a machine should be doing.

Hassaan Bukhari, founder and CEO of AutoLoopers

The short version, from me

I spent years as a civil engineer. That work trains one habit above all others: you calculate before you build. Nobody pours a beam to find out whether it holds. Over time I moved into designing AI and automation systems, and in June 2025 I started AutoLoopers to do it full time, with a team around me.

What got me started was watching capable people do the same task again and again. I spent months studying how different businesses actually run, and kept finding the same thing: work a machine could handle, covered by hiring another person, with all the errors that come from doing anything by hand a thousand times. People are worth more than that. Their time belongs on thinking, judgement and new ideas. The repetitive part is what workflows, AI and automation are for.

Since then we have built systems for more than 100 businesses, many of which did not know the work could be automated at all. Processes that took days now take minutes, and the hours their teams spent on repetitive work go back into the business. Agency onboarding is the clearest example: a client launch that used to take days, set up in minutes.

Away from the desk it is chess, travel, and trying things I have not done before. Chess is probably the most honest description of how I work. You think several moves ahead before you touch a piece.

Why the method looks the way it does

A lot of businesses build something, test it, keep it if it works and start again if it does not. That is an expensive way to learn. I would rather look at the problem from every angle first, work out what will work and why, and only then build. The three steps below are that habit written down.

  1. Find the real problemWe trace where your money and time actually go, until the real bottleneck is obvious.
  2. Measure what it costsThe problem becomes a real number. The call comes down to maths, not a pitch.
  3. Build what fixes itA system shaped around your exact problem. Not a template, not features you will never touch.
